  • Frozen chopped spinach: 200 g (7 oz), thawed and well-drained
  • Artichoke hearts: 1 can (400 g/14 oz), drained and coarsely chopped
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Freshly ground black pepper: 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper flakes: 1/2 tsp (optional)

Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a small baking dish (about 1 litre/1 quart capacity).
Step 2:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat until smooth and creamy.
Step 3:
Stir in mozzarella, 30 g (1/4 cup) of the Parmesan, spinach, artichoke hearts, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Step 4:

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 6:
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese over the top.
