# Directions:
01 - Set oven to 425°F and prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
02 - In a large bowl, combine bell peppers and onion with olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes if using, salt, and black pepper. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated.
03 - Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly across the prepared baking sheet. Nestle Italian sausages among the vegetables.
