# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz each)

→ Honey Mustard Glaze

02 - 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
03 - 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
04 - 3 tbsp honey
05 - 1 tbsp olive oil
06 - 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
07 - 1 garlic clove, minced
08 - ½ tsp salt
09 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

→ Garnish (optional)

10 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
11 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil, lightly greasing it.
02 - Whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
03 - Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Brush honey mustard glaze generously over the tops and sides of each salmon fillet.
05 - Broil for 8 to 12 minutes until salmon is opaque, flakes easily with a fork, and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
06 - Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
