05 - 3 whole sugar-free vanilla wafers, crushed
06 - 0.5 medium banana, sliced
# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, pudding mix, and almond milk until smooth and creamy. Add a splash more almond milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
02 - Distribute half of the crushed vanilla wafers evenly between two jars or serving cups, pressing them lightly to form a compact base.
03 - Arrange a layer of banana slices over the wafer base in each jar, reserving a few slices for garnish if desired.
04 - Spoon half of the protein custard mixture over the bananas in each jar, spreading evenly to cover the fruit layer.
05 - Repeat the layering process with remaining crushed wafers, banana slices, and finish with the remaining protein custard on top.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld and pudding to set properly before serving.
