# Directions:
01 - In a medium bowl or jar, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Stir thoroughly until fully incorporated.
02 - Gently fold the blueberries into the oat mixture to distribute evenly without crushing the fruit.
03 - Divide the mixture evenly between two jars or storage containers.
04 - Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow the oats to hydrate and flavors to fully develop.
05 - In the morning, stir the oats thoroughly. Add a splash of milk if a thinner consistency is preferred.
