# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They come together in literally fifteen minutes with zero oven time, which means you can satisfy a sweet tooth without heating up your kitchen
  • The texture is absolutely perfect, creamy and crunchy all at once, like a tiny vacation in your mouth
02 -
  • If your mixture is too soft to roll after chilling, try adding another tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs to firm it up slightly
  • The chilling time isn't optional, I once tried to skip it and ended up with a sticky mess that wouldn't hold its shape at all
03 -
  • Lightly dampen your hands with water before rolling to prevent the mixture from sticking to your palms
  • If you're making these for a party, set up a little coating station with different toppings so guests can customize their own
