# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup, to taste

07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Sliced peach

# Directions:

01 - In a blender, combine diced mango, diced peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.
02 - Pour the blended fruit puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp for a smoother consistency, if desired.
03 - Add the cooled strong brewed black tea to the pitcher and stir thoroughly to blend with the fruit puree.
04 - Pour in the chilled sparkling water and mix gently to preserve carbonation.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mango-peach sparkling tea over the ice.
06 - Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and slices of peach and mango. Serve immediately.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The blend of ripe fruit and tea tastes like a secret patio party in every sip.
  • It’s become my favorite way to celebrate summer afternoons because it’s so easy and impressively refreshing.
02 -
  • Once, I carelessly poured the sparkling water in too fast and fizzed it all over the counter—go slow, or you'll be mopping up.
  • Chilling both the tea and fruit puree before combining stops the ice from melting instantly, so the flavor stays concentrated.
03 -
  • Blending for an extra minute gets everything incredibly smooth—no lumpy bits at the bottom of your glass.
  • Using filtered water for your tea base gives a cleaner, brighter flavor.
