# Directions:
01 - Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a medium bowl until smooth and lightly sweetened.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture on the prepared baking sheet to a thickness of about one-third inch.
04 - Distribute mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt layer, then sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest if using.
05 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to ensure they adhere.
06 - Freeze uncovered for a minimum of 3 hours until fully firm.
07 - Remove from freezer, transfer the bark onto a cutting surface, and break or cut into pieces. Serve immediately or store frozen up to 2 weeks.
